error while loading shared libraries: libavcodec.so.52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.running in console show error
2.clicking in the applications>internet>imageshack icon
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
imageshack-uploader: error while loading shared libraries: libavcodec.so.52: 
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ubuntu lucyd 10.0.4 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
i install the bin that require the  packages 
libqt4-gui
libqt4-core 
apt-get install this packages

In addition after check libavcodec.so.52 in the /usr/lib it exist:
/usr/lib$ ls -l libavcodec.so.52
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 21 2012-03-03 03:27 libavcodec.so.52 -> 
libavcodec.so.52.20.1
