Currently, a host's online/offline status is checked based on the last policy update received (online if it is < 10s ). But, If the user changes the system data policy to send updates after every 15s, it breaks the online/offline status calculation.

So, create a new Ping policy which sends updates with a max granularity (10s). The default can be 2s.
