This isn't get you to the EN 301 549 Standard, but it will get you closer. Automated tests can only do so much.
An open source tool like Microsoft's https://accessibilityinsights.io can guide folks much further.
Right now it is an English only extension, but maybe they'd accept a PR to make it bilingual. microsoft/accessibility-insights-web#3425
