It should use the Code for IATI theme, and include:

the Code for IATI sidebar
~~the file size of each file~~ Moved to Show filesize of files #2
a "last updated" timestamp
~~an explanation of the project, and some motivation for why we made it~~ Moved to Write a blog about this project #3
~~a shout-out to the d-portal team, who did this years ago!~~ Moved to Write a blog about this project #3
a link to the github repo
