Describe the bug

redis.exceptions.BusyLoadingError can take down worker if redis restarts while updates are running.

To Reproduce

Tricky, but see logs on dev server.

Expected behaviour

redis.exceptions.BusyLoadingError is transitory error and would ideally be caught and operation retried.
