Query builder: country and region sort order #321

Three tickets rolled into one here:

The country list is sorted by English name, which is weird in the French version. It would be nicer to sort by translated name.
The region list is sorted by code. Again, it would be nicer to sort by translated name.
It might be nicer to show the codes in parentheses after the name.
