The unsubscribe link from the e-mail does not work:

It looks like:
http://localhost/?event_unsubscribe=8b7659cefebb5ac9bf8e10668dd09040

it should look like:
http://localhost/stornierung.html?event_unsubscribe=8b7659cefebb5ac9bf8e10668dd09040

where stornierung.html is the unsubscribe page defined in the event calendar
