Adding a skill the dropdown menu seems empty even after checking on various skills like React, Node etc

👟 Reproduction steps

After Registering

1. In Add skills section
2. Try to add skill.

👍 Expected behavior

Should add a option to select a skill when user inputs some skills the option should autocomplete based on input text
