Add bump hook recipes

We could collect typical bump hook workflows as a "Bump hook recipes" section in the user guide, most prominently the recipe for building and bumping typical cargo projects (my config for reference).

This way we could explain what steps are needed and list needed dependencies like cargo-edit.

Maybe we could use this issue for listing/requesting any requested additions to the bump hook recipes:

• Rust binary
• Rust library
• Java Maven

I will add maven project recipes. If we add a few programing language/package manager this will grow fast. Maybe we should move this to a dedicated page ?
