Title should be self-explanatory.

I don't have an approach yet which fixes this.

It appears that this an unsolved issue with Cobra by itself: spf13/cobra#1134

The PR is stale at the moment, as such there is nothing that can be done from our side sadly atm.

On the other hand, we could use https://github.com/nicksnyder/go-i18n to add internationalization to our CLI. This however wouldn't localize server return values.
