autopackage.xml do not exist

The link to http://downloads.coapp.org/files/autopackage.xml in building-a-package.html.md is broken.

I had the very same problem and could not find the "autopackage.xml" via Google.

At last, I downloaded an old version of it from https://web.archive.org/ (from 2015). I edited it to restore the required upperLowerCase syntax and it is working again. Cheers! It is looking good now in the editor.
