There are many docker images that we already rely on for:

  • CI
  • website building

Please add their dockerfiles here: @ljacobson64 @bam241

The dockerfile for DAGMC is already in DAGMC. Does it need to be duplicated here?

Probably fine to not duplicate, but perhaps the README file can have a catalog that points to it's location
