as discussed with @andrewjfox78, eventually we would like to include a jenkins saturation correction in the event of strong line saturated doublets/multiplets.

the correction was computationally computed by Jenkins 1996 and is seen in equations 10 and table 2: http://articles.adsabs.harvard.edu/pdf/1996ApJ...471..292J
