XML-Unittest-reports for Go-Apps not suitable for SonarQube #194

Per default all unittest-Results for go-apps are stored in a result-file as xml in unit-test.xml.

the SonarRunner-Plugin in Jenkins is not suitable for those xml-Files.

By generating the unit-test Results in json-Format the SonarRunner can access the result and display them in SonarQube
