Rename configurable key additional.plugin #49

due to our new key naming convention the following should be renamed:

  • additional.plugin ➡ plugins/additional

because there is a highly possibility that the default plugins will be configurable in the future it makes sense to use a dedicated directory for plugin related properties.

#49 using java 8 with newer doguctl version

the current jenkins version is compatible with java11, but
it is necessary that projects can be build with java8 as well.
This is the reason that the upgrade to java11 will implemented separately.

updates info text about the keymigration process.
