mention CouchDB version compatibility in the README.md #70

In the README.md, at the end of the "Installation" section, add note about which versions of CouchDB with which Clutch works.

Xubuntu can supply CouchDB 1.0.1, but these CouchDB installation instructions highly recommend manually installing 1.2.0.
