Malte vs alemitrani was played on the 1st of November at about 9:20 PM UTC but has been added to the October league. This is inconsistent with the October league rules: "The October OSR league started on Oct 01, 2019 00:00 (UTC) and will stop on Nov 01, 2019 00:00 (UTC)." The scraper should not add games to leagues that should be closed according to their rules.

Nasty bug. Seems like we need a proper test on those date/times.
