Description

Some licenses in definition data are identified as OTHER. This is not a valid SPDX expression. Instead, set the license to LicenseRef-clearlydefined-OTHER.

I am assuming this happens in the service during the creation and caching of the summary definition for a set of coordinates. If this is correct, then existing data will need to be updated from OTHER to LicenseRef-clearlydefined-OTHER.

I just noticed that this issue is possibly a duplicate of this other issue: clearlydefined/curated-data#7836

This is still not resolved and it would be really nice to stop using an invalid string in the SPDX expressions coming from ClearlyDefined.
