[DESIGN] - Updating spacing to create more space before a heading

User story

As an anonymous user
I want there to be more space between the end of a paragraph and the next heading
So that the heading is closer to the content it heads and it looks like it belongs to that content

Description

At present there is the same amount of margin between the end of a paragraph and the next heading as there is between a heading and the content it heads - 24px.
To improve user experience we should increase the space between the end of the paragraph, or, decrease the space after the heading.
