🐛 Bug Report

CSET v11.2 can't installed with Windows 11.
CSET v11.1.3. after initialization , displayed with blank page

Please refer to the snaps,

CSET v11.2 - Error installing - require windows 10 or higher with Windows 11
CSET v11.2 - Error installing - log
CSET v11.1.3 - Blank page
CSET v11.1.3 - console
