circe-generic-extras 0.12.2

This release fixes an issue reported by Alexandru Nedelcu that was introduced in 0.12.0 and that resulted in the compiler issuing deprecation warnings for normal use of the @ConfiguredJsonCodec annotation on generic case classes.

Please note that this is the first release of circe-generic-extras from its own repository (it previously lived in circe/circe), and that its current patch version is no longer guaranteed to track those of other Circe modules.
