mSigna wallet recovery

Please help to recover my friends funds.

What we have is:
*.vault file - schema version 17
24 word mnemonic from keychain
xprv from this keychain
address to monies has been transferred to: 3K.......

I don't a wallet that I can install and import this data to to recover the funds. This vault file should have everything. I can't find this particular version of mSigna anywhere on the internet. Don't ask me to compile from source, would take me 3 days probably.
