This seems to have been an issue with the host device and not the software.
I've been having an issue where longer files, from what I can tell ~30+ seconds, will not play through Rdio Scanner. The file almost seems like it has no data or has been corrupted when I download it from Rdio Scanner. Windows agrees with me (sometimes) when I try to open it showing the "this file may have been corrupted or ..." help window.
The same call is ingested perfectly on streaming services like Broadcastify but does not work at all through Rdio Scanner. You can see this in these two videos: Rdio Scanner Broadcastify Calls
This issue also seemed to persist regardless if I had the audio conversion enabled/disabled. With this specific instance, however, I did have it enabled.
Is this something I am doing wrong? Is this a limitation of Rdio Scanner?
Any insight is appreciated!
(I've also included a download of both files in the videos, one from Broadcastify calls ingest system and one from my Rdio Scanner portal.) Rdio Scanner Issues.zip
