Change the apparent texture brightness of emitters based on their intensity #1258

Currently, if emitters are set to be very intense, the lighted area around them will outshine the emitter itself, when it should be the other way around. The apparent brightness of the emitter should change with the emitter intensity to be more realistic.

The emittance maps in #1276 can do this, maybe we can add some "apparent brightness" property to materials that ranges from 0 to 1. 🤔
