Add the option to pin projects to the "Recent" menu

It would be great to have the option to pin projects to the "Recent" menu

By having this option, the most important projects would stay at the top of the menu, while the less important projects (Demos, Tests, etc.) would stay at the bottom of the menu

This is found in Godot, where this idea comes from!

I like that idea. It could be in a right-click menu along with removing the item from the list
