Ability to enable and disable type of git status icon

Thanks for the awesome work.

An observation: It could be good if we could have global and/or per repository settings, in which we could enable or disable certain icons. This is from the design philosophy that too much of information in certain cases might not be necessary and can affect productivity. Also, beginners can have only few status enabled and as time goes by they could enable more of these status icons, as they get comfortable with git.

If its possible please let user have the ability to configure this.
