Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

blog.chocolatey.org needs updated to use Astro (choco-astro), instead of the Statiq framework.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

blog.chocolatey.org should be converted to use Astro as the framework. A lot of the setup will be copied from doc s.chocolatey.org.
