Proposed update to the release process #1255

Currently the ROM release workflow runs nightly and every release is marked as latest. Proposed update to the workflow:

  • Do not mark as latest
  • Mark as pre-release

This will make it more clear which releases we officially endorse. We can manually take a nightly pre-release and promote it to the official latest release.
