Minitar v1 has been released. This repo does not specify a version range for its test dependency specification and incorrectly continues to use both archive/tar/minitar and Archive::Tar::Minitar, which has been deprecated since 2017.

There will be no further updates to v0.

Your tests may break because of this update and lack of version range.
