This response is coming from Checkoutcom API and is often related to a misconfiguration of API credentials along with bad channel id
Do you have this error only with Apple Pay ?
Could you check your plugin configuration and test it again ?
Hi @mavenbird Thank you for reporting this issue, if this issue only happens in production but not staging, it must be related to difference between staging and production environments but not plugin itself. FYI our ABC product will stop supporting by the end of May. Please start to use our new product NAS, and the reported issue is not shown in our most updated plugin version 6.1.1 NAS product. Thanks.
We are facing issue with Apple Pay payment method not working after click on payment button.
It sent the request but we are getting error with 422 status code - ["The API response status code (422) does not indicate success."]
We are facing this issue with 5.5.0 and 5.7.0.
Note - we upgrade to latest 5.8.0 and 5.8.1 but we are unable to click on Apple pay button,
please let me know if anyone having solution for this to fix.
