Equations are not rendering in at least one Example:
https://www.chebfun.org/examples/ode-eig/RayleighQuotient.html

It looks to me like this applies only to inline equations. Displayed equations are rendering just fine; see, e.g.: https://www.chebfun.org/examples/sphere/SolidHarmonics.html
