Hi!

I don't know if this is a request for the mobile or desktop application (or maybe for both?)

Describe the solution you'd like
A user starts a conversation via web widget and write 2 Messages.
on my iphone I get the follwing push notications:

  • Conversaion Assignment
  • 2x New Message (for each message)

Everything OK up to here

Now I open the agent web interface on my pc and read / answer all those and new messages
The push notifications on my iphone should be disappear because I road the messages on my pc.

But I have to remove them manually on the phone.

You can take a look on whatsapp / whatsapp web.
it works I described it.

I get a whatsapp message -> push notifcation will shown on my iphone
I read this message via whatsapp web and the push notification will disappear on my phone

For me the notifications never actually disappear, even if I read conversations in the app on the same device (Android 13). Could that be because we're using self-hosted solution?
