同时,在测试对话中,一样的问题,但是得到的阈值却不是“1”

是否有设定自定义词典,是如何设定的?

对您的问答对里的问题,我测试结果和您不一样,看起来是正常的。

我们需要排查一下,另外,在机器人设置中,知识库的阈值设置为:

  • 最佳回复,设置为 0.8
  • 建议恢复,设置为 0.3(甚至 0)

一般上述值是可以接受的。

最佳回复阈值,建议回复阈值都是默认值的
我进行了一个操作,新建了一个账号,然后新账户的机器人的知识库是通过导入导出的方式同步过来的,在旧的账号里,这两个问题得到的阈值都是“1”,新账号则不是
然后我在账号上通过删除再新建这个问题的操作之后,已恢复正常。
