Slice chicken thighs into 1\sfrac{1}{2} inch pieces, toss with vegetable oil.
Stir fry in a dutch oven until well browned.

Mix ingredients in a bowl.

De-glaze chicken pot with some of the orange juice.
Add the rest of the orange juice and the sauce mixture into the pot.
Bring to a low simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Combine corn starch and just enough water to make a loose paste.
Stir the slurry into the pot, and let simmer to thicken.
