2 & cups Greek yogurt \\
1 & lemon juiced \\
1 & tablespoon paprika \\
5 & garlic cloves minced \\
1 & tablespoon cumin \\
1 & tablespoon olive oil \\

1 & bunch cilantro minced \\

Mix ingredients in a bowl with a lid.

Cut chicken into one-inch pieces and toss in the bowl to coat.
Marinate for 24 hours.

1 & cup Greek yogurt \\
3 & cloves garlic \\
& Salt \\
& olive oil \\
1 & bunch fresh dill or mint \\

To make Tzatziki sauce, peel and scoop seeds out of the cucumber. Dice.
Combine with the rest of the ingredients, plus the minced herbs.
Pre-heat oven to 450\degree{}.
Put foil on the bottom of a sheet pan.
Space out the chicken pieces on the foil.

Slice vegetables, and toss with olive oil and salt.
Place on a second sheet pan covered in foil.
Broil chicken until charred and chicken is fully cooked.
Then broil the vegetables while the chicken cools.
Serve with rice, hummus and Tzatziki sauce.
