At our installation we don't want whining plugin to complain about tickets, that haven't started yet.
Can you change this? Perhaps you could make it optional triggered by a parameter, if you think someone wants to be nagged about tickets, that didn't start yet.
An example, to make clear, what I mean:
There is an event at the end of the year, we have to prepare for. But now it's far too early.
Because of that I create a ticket starting at June (01.06.2011) to make sure we don't forget.
After x days whining nags me because I haven't updated the ticket starting in June. I don't want to change anything in that ticket before June.
