gtpdump like standalone application

It's possible to release the gtpdump application like a standalone app. I mean, i really don't want the whole ggsn project, I just need to be able to dump gtp package in my current deployment.

This project is totally unmaintained. Feel free to create your own fork. Also this is not the original project and upstream may or may not maintain it, but you should check with them.
