Request: Notify when thread you are watching reaches the last page #580

If I'm watching a thread, I usually don't want it to die so it would be nice if I could be notified when the thread is close to being archived. This is especially useful for boards that move fast.

I've been hard at work, and submitted 8 pull requests. While Floens and other maintainers work on adding them in, if ever, you can find a debug multi-release of all the features from my pulls here.

Not a problem. I'm currently running my own build so if you do end up trying it out, it is stable. And if I do find anything that I want to fix, I'll still fix it. I may modify last page notifications slightly because while they do work, there's a change or two that I think I want to make.

I've made a fix that makes last page updates quicker, due to an oversight. You can grab that new release at the link above.
