Security Control HTML View Enhancements

I propose to refine the HTML view of the mappings that we create to be a bit more user friendly.

If you look at this page: https://center-for-threat-informed-defense.github.io/security-stack-mappings/Azure/README.html

I would like to change the page to:

• Put the intro text up top ahead of the table of contents so that users know what they are looking at before scrolling through the TOC.
• Update the page heading to something that is more complete for the project like “Security Stack Mappings – Microsoft Azure” or “Microsoft Azure Security Stack Mappings to MITRE ATT&CK”
  • I would be happy to provide a page introduction.
