Describe the bug

I recently made a test Withdrawal transaction after having issues signing the tx. . After 16 days the CELO I was hoping to receive hadn't been transferred despite a successful Withdraw transaction. I hadn't connected my wallet to stCelo during those 16 days. I did today and stCelo showed me the Withdrawal was still in process, see Image 1. Five minutes later I got the transfer of CELO. This might just be a confusing UX flow. However, I have seen reports of issues that might be happening for the same reason, see Image 2. It might be worth letting people know they have to connect their wallets again after 3 days to receive their token if this is the case or get rid of the reason why this happens.
