How can I send the same event to the browser?

My Application is based in C# Winform .net 4.5.2

i have the event mouse click on my application:

        public static void sendMouseClick( int x, int y)
        {
            SendMessage((IntPtr)0x1D02D0, WM_LBUTTONDOWN, (IntPtr)1, makeLParam(x, y));
            SendMessage((IntPtr)0x1D02D0, WM_LBUTTONUP, (IntPtr)1, makeLParam(x, y));
        }

and work fine... but, How can I send the same event to the browser?

CefSettings settings = new CefSettings();
chromeBrowser = new ChromiumWebBrowser(URL);
chromeBrowser.Dock = DockStyle.Fill;
