Running cdk-assets in Amplify with podman fails on login #260

Related to this issue aws/aws-cdk#16209 (comment), the login using podman doesnt work

I get the following error in the amplify console output:

fail: docker login --username AWS --password-stdin https://xyz.dkr.ecr.eu-north-1.amazonaws.com exited with error code 1: Error: 
credentials key has https[s]:// prefix
