Possibility to freeze-tracks

The possibility to freeze any type of track (midi/audio), which would bounce the track contents down to a clip, put that in the tracks place and then deactivate all plugins etc on the track in order to free up CPU. An option to easily unfreeze (thus return it to its normal state) should be provided aswell.

The focus should really be that it should all be automated and thus easily accessible.
