Was soll installiert werden und wo (z.B. Enigmail ist nicht selbständig sondern ein plugin für Thunderbird)

vielleicht auch:

neue einmalige e-Mail Konto einrichten (evtl mit falschem Namen) - diese Adresse wird für Ubungen genutzt, damit man nicht die eigene Mail-Adresse den anderen Teilnehmern ausgeben muss.
