Complete Instructor Notes page #28

This carpentries incubator workshop should have an Instructor Notes page. The Instructor Notes page is usually found in guide.md

At a minimum it should probably have install procedures, and tips and tricks.

An initial set of content for this page has been merged in #29 (thanks @molikd). We need a little more material to expand this content so I'm leaving this issue open for now.

Further content is added to the instructor notes in #30 but I think there's more detail that can be provided so this issue will be left open to track further content additions.

Things we still need:

  • Some information in "common problems" re use of Apple Silicon-based Macs when running Singularity within Docker - there's an ARM Docker image for Singularity but this results in issues with generated images being runnable on x86_64-based HPC platforms.
  • More content in the "technical tips and tricks" section.
  • Reports on further experiences of running the module in the "Workshop structure" section.
