support for otp R18

isis and also some dependencies (at least ibrowse, yaws) make use of R18-deprecated features.

it would be nice to have all this here buildable+runnable with OTP R18

I have a small problem with the name of the project. isis has so many meanings and not only good ones.

indeed - we can discuss the name with upstream: git.netdef.org/scm/osr/isis.git
is-is is around since around 1992, if i am not completely mistaken. perhaps anyone had considered this name-clash problem already?

deprecated features will generate warnings but usually continue to work. Or does it use features that where removed in R18?

well we can patch-away the "warnings_as_errors", which at least yaws hast in rebar.config.
but i would prefer actually "fixing" it.
