After migration to SQL

Switch all instances of balance_to_use to fiat. This includes:

  • Autotrade settings
  • Test autotrade settings
  • Bot individual instances
  • Test bot (paper trading) individual instances
  • All of their respective methods and attributes that make use of balance_to_use
