Docker image v2.2.3 is missing #118

v2.2.3 was released as 2.2.3 in docker hub.

This means when try to run docker run caprover/cli-caprover:v2.2.3 caprover ... it will fail and you need to run docker run caprover/cli-caprover:2.2.3 caprover ...
