Currently, only the zero crossings are used, to calculate PAM-4 jitter. I did this, because enabling the +/-0.67 threshold crossings was causing multiple ideal crossings to occur at the same time. (Imagine a transition from -1 to +1.) It would be nice to include these other two thresholds in the total jitter calculation for PAM-4.
This doesn't affect duo-binary, because the two segments of a full transition are separated by UI, in the ideal case.
