Running cos-integration tests on PR

We discussed this at #345, where we remove cos-integration to run on every PR. This was originally designed to run only by weekly tests, however it could be done for every PR.

This will require to have these changes:

• using build charm from PR (right now we are using from latest/edge channel)
• switching to latest/stable for cos, since we do not want to be blocked by some latest changes, which may not works
